All About Coffee | Preface Ep. 2
In this episode, we review some corrections and additional information from the previous episode before diving into the preface to All About Coffee, discussing the background and acknowledgments. The preface contains information about the author's research process, unique features of the book, and mentions five books two of which provided inspiration and guidance to Mr. Ukers. We spend some time speculating about Mr. Ukers' travel history , which is only hinted at in the Preface. We also review each of the five books Mr. Ukers mentions in the Preface.
