Angela has worked in coffee since 2014 and is currently a Jr. Trader at Covoya Specialty Coffee. Over the years she has worked almost every position you can think of - but has primarily focused on Training and Education, Systems Development, Consulting, and Management. Having helped launch a handful of new cafes from concept to completion, she seeks out the excitement that new and challenging projects bring.
